Who may be considered for residency:
(1) A Master Mason who is a member of an Iowa Lodge on the date of
application and is in good standing with no charges filed.
(2) A Master Mason's wife, the Mason meeting the qualifications in (1)
above.
(3) A widow of a Master Mason, providing her deceased husband met the
qualifications in (1) above at the time of his death.
(4) A female dependent of a Master Mason, who met or meets the
qualifications in (1) above.
(5) A person who by their historical lifestyle has exhibited exemplary
performance for themselves, for their families, and for their fellow
persons, and who will be promoted and recommended by the subordinate
lodge of the Grand Lodge of Iowa for residency in the Herman L. Rowley
Memorial Masonic Community when a vacancy is available and no
applicants from categories (1), (2), (3), or (4) above are awaiting
admission.
(6) Any applicant that requires Skilled Nursing Care.
