Completed Construction

Beginning in the Fall of 2003, the Rowley Memorial Masonic Home began an expansion project on the south lawn of the campus.   The new construction opened October 1, 2004.

New Construction is now open

The project consisted of 12 two bedroom apartments, with 11 attached garages.  Apartments sizes range from 1050 to 1112 square feet with all appliances furnished.  Each unit has a sliding patio door to a cement patio area outside.  The new building also includes a community dining/sitting room with enclosed patio.   8 units face the east and 4 units face the west.

Comfortable Surroundings
This exciting project affords more opportunities for today's active residents. Each unit is wired for cable, satellite or normal TV as well as for computer access. For safety and security, each apartment includes an emergency call system and the entire building has a security system.

Access to the new Independent Living Apartments is directly  from Willis Avenue, immediately south of the main facility.
